Secretary of State requests withdrawal of Core Strategy

The Secretary of State requested the withdrawal of the Minerals and Waste Core Strategy, on 5^th January 2010,  under powers conferred by sections 22(2)(b) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
