What is it?

Planning Authorities are required to monitor and review the progress made with the preparation of Local Development Schemes (LDSs) and the extent to which policies in Local Development Documents (LDDs) are being successfully implemented.  Progress is assessed in an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR).
