The Secretary of State has directed that, under paragraph 1 (3) of Schedule 8 to the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, a number of policies in the Replacement Minerals Local Plan for Berkshire should be saved indefinitely until replaced by national, regional or Minerals and Waste LDF policies.
