Structure Plan – Saved Policies

The Secretary of State has directed that, under paragraph 1 (3) of Schedule 8 to the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, a number of policies in the Berkshire Structure Plan should be saved indefinitely until replaced by national or regional policies.
